Our Clubs

As a Member at Saintsbury, you will enjoy access to limited and large format bottlings, first releases, and exclusive events. While each allocation is thoughtfully curated, you also have the freedom to customize an order before it ships by entering your Membership through our online portal. There, you can make substitutions, update your shipping and billing information, view tracking, and see order details.

Wine Club Policies

Your membership and associated benefits are active once a valid credit card is added to your account. The minimum purchase for wine club memberships is two allocations (billed prior to your shipment) within your first year of membership.

Billing
By providing account information with any purchase, you authorize Saintsbury to charge your credit card for the cost your allocation including any applicable taxes or shipping fees. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current. Entering contact or credit card information on our website certifies that you are over 21 and that all information provided is true and accurate. Sales tax is charged and remitted according to the rates of the county and state of the order's recipient.
Pick Up & Shipping
Within your membership profile, you have the option to select pick-up or delivery of your allocation. Ground shipping to valid destinations in the Continental US (excludes AK & HI) will be billed at a flat rate of $30 per allocation.. There is no charge for picking up your allocation, but please contact the winery at [email protected] or your member liaison at 707-252-0592 to make arrangements to get your wine during normal business hours. Alternatively, you can pick up your allocation at one of our scheduled Wine Club Pick Up Parties. If your allocation is not picked up within 90 days after your Wine Club is processed, the wine will be shipped to the address on file at the customer’s expense. Saintsbury is not responsible for additional shipping costs if your allocation is undeliverable.
Membership Terms & Cancellation
Club membership renews automatically and must be cancelled either by sending an email to [email protected] or calling your member liaison at 707-252-0592. The minimum purchase for wine club members is two allocations within a year of signup. You may cancel your membership without penalty after receiving two allocations. All wine club members and shipping recipients must be at least 21 years of age.
Substitutions
Saintsbury allocations are limited in quantities and may not always be available at the time of your pickups or delivery, especially in the event that you do not pick up your wine in the month for which the wine was offered. Certain Wine Club members may select and receive available alternative wine varieties applicable to their particular membership.
Events
Complimentary tickets and discounts are regularly offered to Club Members but are not guaranteed. RSVP is required for participation in all ticketed events.
